How long run history is kept
To keep things quick and tidy, AutomatedOn clears out old run history once a day.
- Finished runs older than 180 days are deleted, along with their records, whatever their status.
- Successful runs that fetched no records are deleted after 7 days. These are runs where there was simply nothing to do.
- Failed runs that fetched no records are kept for the full 180 days.
- Runs that are still running are never deleted.
Because the Processed records by month totals are counted from this history, totals for months older than 180 days will shrink and then disappear as records are cleared. If you need a long-term record of usage, note the monthly totals before then.
