Check every process on the dashboard
The dashboard's Jobs (all processes) table shows every process that has run at least once, so you can check them all without opening each one. A process that has never run doesn't appear yet.
Columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Process | The process name, linking to its page. |
| State | Scheduled, Enqueued or Processing if a run is waiting or running; Idle if not. Idle with no next run means nothing is scheduled. |

| Last run status | The latest run's result, with a count pill beside it (see below). |
| Next run | When the next run is due. Blank if none is scheduled. |
| In-flight | How many record jobs from the current run are still waiting or running, for example 3 in flight, with each job listed. |
| Actions | Back office users only: Cancel the scheduled run. |
The count pill
| Status | Pill shows |
|---|---|
| Succeeded | How many records succeeded. 0 means the run found nothing to do. |
| Partial | Succeeded out of fetched, for example 7/10. |
| Failed | How many records failed, or ! if the run failed before handling any record. Hover over ! to read the error. |
| Retry scheduled | !. Hover to read the data source error being retried. |
| Running | No pill yet. |
Grouping and sorting
Once more than ten processes appear, they're grouped under the name of the folder they're in, and a Sort by menu appears. Choose Process name or Next run to sort within each group.
Who can see it
Members and back office users see the same information. Only back office users see the Cancel buttons.
