Review a process's run history

The History tab on a process page records every real run and every record it handled. Test runs aren't included.

Steps

  1. Open the History tab

Open the process page and click History. The Runs table lists runs, newest first, 25 per page, showing Started, Finished, Status, Fetched, Succeeded, Failed and the Parameters used.

  2. Filter the runs

Use the Status menu to show only Succeeded, Partial or Failed runs (tick more than one if you like). Tick Show dismissed to include runs that have been dismissed.

  3. Pick a run

Click a run's row to show only its records in the Records table below. A Records filtered to selected run badge appears; click its close button, or the row again, to show all records.

  4. Find a record

In Records, use Status to show Succeeded or Failed records, and Search to find a record. The Record column shows the value of the record's first field, normally the first field in the dataset's Select list, so put an ID or email address first if you want to search by it.

  5. See what each step did

The Steps column has a badge for each step that ran; red means it failed. Click a badge to see each action as Succeeded, Failed (with the error) or Not executed (skipped because an earlier action failed).

What happens next

The tab also shows Processed records by month for this process. Run history is kept for 180 days.
