View and cancel scheduled jobs
The Jobs tab lists everything waiting or running for a process right now. Back office users can cancel jobs that haven't started.
The Active jobs table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| State | Scheduled (waiting for its time), Enqueued (due and waiting to start) or Processing (running now). |
| Method | Run Process is a whole run of the process. Process Record is one record's steps, for example a record held back by a Schedule Expression. |
| Run at | When a scheduled job is due, in your local time. |
| Parameters | The parameter values a Run Process job will use. |
| Job ID | A reference for the job, useful if you contact support. |
If nothing is waiting, you'll see No active jobs for this process. The list loads when you open the tab; reload the page to refresh it.
Cancelling a job
Back office users see a Cancel button on jobs that aren't Processing. A job that has already started can't be cancelled. You can also cancel from the dashboard.
- Cancelling a scheduled Run Process job cancels that run. Because each run schedules the next, this also stops the repeating schedule until someone schedules a new run.
- Cancelling a Process Record job means that record's steps never run. The run it belongs to can't then finish, so it stays Running and won't schedule its next run. Schedule a new run when you're ready.
If cancelling fails, you'll see Failed to cancel the job.
