Which sign-in should I use: Member or Backoffice?
The AutomatedOn sign-in page has two panels, because there are two kinds of account.
| Member | Backoffice | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it's for | People who view, test and monitor automations. | Umbraco editors and administrators who set up and change automations. |
| How you sign in | Enter your username or email and password in the Member panel and select Sign in as Member. Some organisations can also use Sign in with Microsoft. | Select Sign in to Backoffice in the Backoffice panel, or go to /umbraco. |
| Two-step verification | Required. You set it up the first time you sign in with a password. | Handled by the back office's own sign-in. |
| Changing your password | Change password in the AutomatedOn sidebar. | In the back office. |
If you're already signed in to the back office, you can open the AutomatedOn site straight away without signing in again as a member.
I don't have an account
Accounts aren't self-service. Ask your organisation's AutomatedOn administrator, or contact Three 17 support.
