What members, back-office users and administrators can do
AutomatedOn has three levels of access. Members can see and test everything but can't change it. Back-office users can also configure automations and manage jobs. Administrators are back-office users in the back office's Administrators group, and can do a few extra things.

Running tests is safe for everyone
A process's Test tab is a dry run. It shows what would happen to each record but doesn't send emails or messages or call other systems, which is why members can use it.
Changing someone's access
Access is set on each person's account. If you need more or less access, ask your organisation's AutomatedOn administrator or Three 17 support.
