Preview the email, message or API request a record would send
On the Test tab, each step badge can be opened to show the email, message or API request that step would send for that record, with all its tokens filled in.
Steps

Run a test
On the process's Test tab, click Run test and wait for the record you're interested in to finish.

Click a step badge
In the Steps column, click a badge. A panel opens under the row. Click the badge again to close it.

Check the content
What you see depends on the action:
- Email: Recipient, CC (if set), Subject and the body as it would look.
- SMS or WhatsApp: SMS to: or WhatsApp to: with the number, then the message text.
- API request: the method, the full address and the body.
If there's a problem, such as a token with no value, a warning is shown at the top of the panel.

Check the values used
To see every value available to tokens for that record, click the Inputs button on the row. Use the names shown there in your templates.
What happens next
If something isn't right, change the template in the back office, save and publish, then run the test again.
