Find which processes and rules use a dataset
Changing a dataset affects everything that uses it. The Referenced By tab on a dataset's page lists the processes and rules that refer to it, so you know what to check.
Steps

Open the Referenced By tab
Open the dataset on the AutomatedOn site and select Referenced By.

Review the lists
Referenced processes lists processes that use the dataset as their main dataset. Referenced rules lists rules with conditions that look up fields from it. Select a name to open it.

Check before you change anything
Before changing or deleting the dataset, open each process and rule listed and check whether your change affects it. Use the process's Test tab to confirm it still behaves as expected.

If nothing uses the dataset, you'll see No processes reference this dataset. and No rules reference this dataset.
